RETURN POLICY

Please contact us at Info@MooshuTrainers.com with your Order# within 14 days of original purchase receipt and we will send you a return authorization email.

The return must be postmarked within 7 days of the return authorization email. We can only accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Returns must have a copy of the sales receipt.

If you ordered an incorrect size and are wanting a different size, upon receipt of return, we will ship out the correct size at no additional cost to you. If you ordered a size 9 and need a size larger than a 9, we will refund your payment and the refund will be applied to your original form of payment upon receipt of return.

You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed along with refund receipt.

Are your shoes CPSIA Certified?

Yes! Safe materials for precious feet, CPSIA Certified! mooshu Trainers is committed to providing safe shoes for our customers by rigorously testing materials and using environmentally sound practices. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) passed the Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) in 2008, creating new regulations and testing requirements for products for children. Our shoes are in full compliance with the CPSIA and Prop 65 regulations.

Is the squeaker removable?

Yes! Each shoe box contains 1 pair of “non-squeakers.” Simply pull out the squeaker in the heel- the squeaker is intentionally snug so it may take some effort to remove. Insert the “non-squeaker” into the hole in the heel.

Do you carry 1/2 size?

mooshu Trainers only run in whole sizes.

How do I pay for my order?

Standard US Shipping generally delivers in 2-5 business days; International shipping varies by location.

All overnight orders must be received by noon CST in order to process same day.
